Ildiko Strehli
If you want to be inspired to greatness, you have no need to look further than Ildiko Strehli.

"Ildiko Strehli. . .one of the Top 100 Best Ski Teachers in North America."
- Skiing Magazine, 1996

Inspirational Olympian
At an early age, Strehli was competing in sports and had dreams of becoming an Olympic athlete. After becoming accomplished as a collegiate swimmer, skydiver, hurdler and long distance runner, Strehli gained prominence in Judo through her college years and was hoping to qualify for the 1992 Summer Olympic Games. A motorcycle accident damaged her knee and her hopes for competing in the Olympics seemed dashed.

"It's not the Olympics, it's the journey to get there. I want to send a message to anybody attacked by cancer to never give up your
dream and keep going toward it."
- Ildiko Strehli, Olympian

Sooner than 10 years later, Strehli discovered breast cancer and recovered, helping others cope with the survival process. In 1998, she moved to Utah to work as a ski instructor and learned the Olympics were considering opening the opportunity for women to bobsled in the 2002 Games. Strehli put together a Hungarian national bobsledding team and began training. This was her opportunity to try to compete in the Games.

In 1999, the Olympic Committee announced the addition of women's bobsledding to the 2002 Winter Olympic Games. To her dismay, Strehli discovered another malignant tumor and underwent radical surgery. The hope of competing in the Olympics gave her something to live for.

Though training through recovery was very difficult, it was well worth the effort as she accomplished one of her lifelong dreams by qualifying for and competing in the Olympic Games.

More Olympics?
Strehli's thrill for Olympic competition has driven her to a new sport, archery. She has already achieved expert status in her new sport as National Archery Association (NAA) Certified High Performance and Level III Coach. She has successfully competed and received medals in state and national archery events. Her eye is on competing for the U.S. national team in the 2008 Summer Olympic Games. Go Ildiko!

An Olympian's Take on AlpineV
Ildiko Strehli has made AlpineV an key aspect of her daily training, taking it before and after workouts. She no longer suffers from plantar fasciitis, which she has been recurring since 2001, and she attributes her recovery to the powerful nutrition in AlpineV.

"I am very impressed with my recovery from workouts since taking AlpineV. My recurring plantar fasciitis has not shown since drinking the product. I have also noticed that my complexion is much clearer. I love AlpineV. It has a great taste that reminds me of my childhood in Hungary, and it has done wonderful things for my body. "
